1) SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") of Alessandro Allen, acting under "More Me Agency UG" (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), apply to all contracts for the provision of services that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") concludes with the Provider regarding the services presented on the Provider's website. The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2) CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The customer can make a non-binding request for a quotation from the Provider by telephone, fax, email, letter, or via the online contact form available on the Provider's website. Upon the customer's request, the Provider will send a binding offer for the provision of the previously selected service to the customer via email, fax, or letter. The customer can accept this offer by submitting a declaration of acceptance to the Provider via fax, email, or letter, or by paying the remuneration offered by the Provider within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the offer, whereby the day of receipt of the offer is not included in the calculation of the period. For acceptance by payment, the date of receipt of payment by the Provider is decisive. If the last day of the acceptance period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the customer's location, the next business day will replace such a day. If the customer does not accept the Provider's offer within the aforementioned period, the Provider is no longer bound by the offer. The Provider will specifically inform the customer of this in the offer.
3) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the Provider's withdrawal policy.
4) PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the Provider's withdrawal policy.
4) LIABILLITY FOR DEFECTS
For defects in the provided service, the Provider is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for liability for defects.
5) APPLICABLE LAW
6.1 For all legal relationships of the parties, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the laws on the international sale of movable goods. In the case of consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
6.2 Furthermore, this choice of law does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
6)ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the Internet at the following link: [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)
This platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts involving a consumer.
7.2 The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
